Psalm 9:9-10
The Lord is a shelter for the oppressed, a refuge in times of trouble. Those who know your name trust in you, for you, O Lord, do not abandon those who search for you.
As Josh Crandell was telling me last night, my closeness to God is not a feeling. God is always close. Always always always. My relationship with Him, His love for me, none of it just a "feeling". It's alive and it's there, even in the days that I don't feel it.
Joshua 1:5, 9
No one will be able to stand against you as long as you live. For I will be with you as I was with Moses. I will not fail you or abandon you..This is my command—be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid or discouraged. For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.
Romans 8:35-39
Can anything ever separate us from Christ’s love? Does it mean he no longer loves us if we have trouble or calamity, or are persecuted, or hungry, or destitute, or in danger, or threatened with death? (As the Scriptures say, “For your sake we are killed every day; we are being slaughtered like sheep.”) No, despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loved us.
And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. No power in the sky above or in the earth below—indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Last night was the second night this week I started crying for no reason. Maybe it's this winter season, maybe it's because I'm really emotional lately, maybe it's stress. Maybe I've been getting attacked with terrible thoughts and fears. Whatever is though, I'm giving it back to God. I'm letting Him deal with it. (1 Peter 5:7) Because I'm drowing in it. And there is absolutely no reason for me to be with a God as great as He is. I've got to let Him do what He wants to do for me.
Isaiah 41:10
Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand.
and one of the most powerful verses to me:
John 16:33
I have told you these things, so that in me your may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.

Its so amazing to think that Go dis with everyone, everywhere, all the time and forever. Even for people who sin he is still there. Even if we dont feel it he is still there. When we dont feel it thats just Satan trying to overpower us.
Even Jesus felt like God had left him on the night he was betrayed till he was crucified.
But he stayed faithfull. And we all should as well.
I do really like John 16:33 as well. Jesus is witty :)
I can tell you this. Everything is gona be fine. God is with you. God will take care of you. Its what he does. Its his thing. Hes got this whole "I love you" thing goin on.
